Counseling Ministry
Rolling Hills is pleased to offer pastoral care and counseling to our members and attenders. This ministry also offers support groups addressing an array of problems as well as pre-marital counseling and newlywed care. For more information, email Brent Hutchinson (brent@rollinghillscommunity.org).
Sunday Morning Service Opportunities

Video Ministry Team 
Lights! Camera! Action! This team is responsible for set-up and tear-down of lights, filming equipment and camera operation during the service. You are on duty for an entire Sunday morning (7:30 a.m. – 12: 00 p.m.), but only once or twice a month. Bill Woehler is the team leader.
Audio Production Ministry
A few people are needed to run the sound system when others cannot be at Rolling Hills. This includes overseeing the set-up of all audio equipment, operating the sound equipment during both the ministry team worship and church worship, and overseeing the tear-down of the equipment. At least two Sundays of training will be required. Harry Butler and Eric Sumner lead this team.
Don't be frightened if you have don't have experience with sound equipment.
Greeters
Most often first impressions finalize conceptions about a person, place, or thing. With this in mind, our purpose as members of the Hospitality Ministry Team is to ensure that the first impression offered to anyone attending worship or other function hosted by Rolling Hills Community Church is one of pure, genuine welcome! The team leader is Gwen Hutchinson.
This team welcomes people at the front doors and assist them as they find their way to the Children’s Welcome Area and to worship.
Hospitality Team
The hospitality team works to create a warm and inviting atmosphere at Rolling Hills on Sunday mornings and at some special events. This includes preparing and refilling coffee on Sunday mornings for all to enjoy, working to set up meals at special events and other special touches to make Rolling Hills a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Scott Hutchenson heads up this service team.
Parking Ministry Team
A fun crew of men and women who puts out signs and cones and enjoys greeting our church family as they arrive. Shifts are from 8:30 – 9:10 a.m. or 10:10 – 10:50 a.m. Daniel Myers leads this team.
Set-up/Tear-down Ministry Team
Set-up Team: This team arrives at 7:00 am to assist with set-up of sound equipment in the theaters and with set-up of children’s rooms. Need an early morning workout? Come help us! This team works on a rotating schedule. Contact Laura Chapman if you're willing to help!
Tear-down: Help is always needed after the 10:30 a.m. service taking down sound equipment and putting away children’s supplies. Helping tear down the lobby from 10:45 – 11:00 a.m. is an option, too! Commitment is one Sunday a month.
Preschool/Children's Ministries
Love kids anywhere from birth - fifth grade? Then we need you! Teachers are needed at both the 9 am and 10:30 am worship hours. You will need to be present 15 minutes before class time. Ushers
Assist people with seating, passing out pens, and collecting the offering. Derek Bruff leads this team.
Additional Opportunities
Creative Video Team
We love to incorporate media at RHCC to promote upcoming happenings, make highlight videos capturing events/trips as well as personal testimonies. Steve Campbell leads this incredible crew.
Food Ministry
This team provides food for those in our church family who have been sick, hospitilazed or have experienced a loss. Team leader is Ashley Bone.
