Summary
We have been given an incredible gift, our life – mind, soul and body. Yet, so often we spend our time looking at everything wrong with us. We compare ourselves to photo-shopped models and to everyone’s highlight reels on social media. But, the fact is, God made us and He loves us. Learning to love ourselves in a healthy way then allows us to fully love and appreciate others. None of us are perfect, but by God’s grace we are forgiven, and we are “fearfully and wonderfully made.”
